We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at D&D Investments Corp. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Food Sourcing and Inventory ManagementSource high-quality ingredients and supplies, and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
Culinary LeadershipLead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
Food Safety and Quality ControlImplement and maintain strict food safety and quality control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy dining environment.
Staff Development and TrainingProvide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
Operational EfficiencyOptimize kitchen operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
Skills and QualificationsProven track record of success in menu planning, food sourcing, and culinary leadership
Personal QualitiesStrong attention to detail, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
