About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at D&D Investments Corp. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Food Sourcing and Inventory Management

Source high-quality ingredients and supplies, and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.

Culinary Leadership

Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy dining environment.

Staff Development and Training

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.

Operational Efficiency

Optimize kitchen operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills and Qualifications

Proven track record of success in menu planning, food sourcing, and culinary leadership

Personal Qualities

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
