Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our Shared Services team at the Canadian Red Cross. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and volunteers, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to employees and volunteers, including onboarding, change management, and offboarding.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Three-year college diploma or university degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of job-related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of human resources legislation, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
