  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Supervisory Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 people.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
