Gillco Tax & Accounting Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join their team. This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the company's standards. You will establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. They should also be organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in office administration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
