We're looking for a talented Partnership Manager to join our team and help drive strategic collaborations that align with our business objectives. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships that enhance our product offerings, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition
  • Coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Implement robust tracking and monitoring systems to analyze partnership performance

Requirements:

  • Extensive background in business development, partnerships, or growth marketing within the SaaS or financial services industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess opportunities and measure outcomes
  • Proven success in driving activity, pipeline development, and meeting quotas
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and work with B2B SaaS tools and banking infrastructure
