About the Role

Cision Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our globally-dispersed clients, while also driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of assigned client group to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and interpret metrics and analysis to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Drive accountability and a performance-driven culture within the team.
  • Act as a change agent, driving transformation and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • CIPD Qualified.
  • In-depth knowledge and application of EMEA-wide labor and employment law and regulations.
  • Experience working with global technology or SaaS companies, including EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation and aligning people strategy with business objectives.
