Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at A&W. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to A&W's high standards and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following A&W's cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous fast food restaurant experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Having a Food Handler Certificate is an asset, but not required.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
