Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, including food order summaries for the chef.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
