Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communication: Prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 3-4 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be physically demanding and able to work under pressure.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
