Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring timely replenishment
- Monitor and maintain records of sales, stock, and repairs, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
