We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project operations, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and support to staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Performance Assessment: Conduct regular performance assessments to ensure projects are meeting their objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, project management, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the facilities management industry, including codes and standards of provincial government health and safety.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff to achieve project objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
