Account Director Opportunity

Dexterra Group is a leading provider of facility management services, and we are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of on-site work activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
  • Participate in recruitment, orientation, and performance management of staff, ensuring they meet corporate policies and HR procedures.
  • Accountable for contract performance assessment and ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain facilities at high performance levels, exceeding client expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of training and competency for staff, ensuring contractors operate safely and at the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in managing clients with multiple sites.
  • Background in the aviation industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with multi-function project management, including cost estimating, budget planning, and business accounting.
  • PMP certification is an asset, with demonstrated success in large project management.
  • Experience in emergency response or military environments is preferred, with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of provincial government health and safety codes and standards.
  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
