- Requires a broad education in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences, typically obtained through a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset, with the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
