Administrative Support Specialist for Group Risk Management

About the Job

This role involves providing administrative support to the Vice-Presidents and overall team with tasks such as calendar management, report production, meeting coordination, and data entry.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with executing administrative work, be able to demonstrate drive to impact and timeliness of response/action, and possess flexibility to assist in any capacity to help the overall team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with report production and printing
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
  • Distribute meeting materials and communicate with participants
  • Support special projects, team meetings, and events
  • Gather, track, monitor, and distribute data/information
  • Provide executive support on internal HR and admin processes
Requirements
  • Prior experience with executing administrative work
  • Demonstrated drive to impact and timeliness of response/action
  • Flexibility to assist in any capacity to help the overall team
  • Ability to take accountability for and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
