Job Title: Night Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Hampton by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre.

Job Summary:

The Night Clerk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Night Clerk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
