Peoples Bookkeeping & Tax Inc. is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Arrange and Coordinate Meetings: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Implement Office Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Provide Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff and clients.
- Manage Schedules: Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Prepare Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Manage Information: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
