About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Enterprise segment. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for navigating organizations to set qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Your strong communication skills, quick learning ability, and natural sales instinct will make you the first impression on the front lines at Motive.

What You'll Do:

  • Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails to qualify accounts and prospects based on set criteria.
  • Identify prospects' needs and challenges and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Set up meetings and calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  • Reschedule and follow up with prospects if meetings do not occur.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • The ability to handle rejection and persevere in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, as is previous cold calling experience.
  • A coach-able and team-focused mindset, with a Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluency in French is a must.
