Job Title: Head of International Expansion Video Strategy and Go-To-Market

Amazon is seeking a seasoned leader to join our WW Ad Sales team as Head of International Expansion (IX) Video Strategy and Go-To-Market (GTM). This new role will report directly to the Director, WW Video Go-To-Market and be the IX leader for developing the unified go-to-market strategy and strategic execution for advertising solutions across Amazon video and streaming properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute the IX video GTM strategy across all video properties, driving adoption of Amazon's video advertising offerings and business management in support of Video org goals.
  2. Lead the IX team in positioning, pricing, packaging, and planning of Amazon's STV advertising offerings, partnering with sales, product, sponsorships, and strategy peers.
  3. Aggregate VOC and partner with product teams to drive video solutions for customers and growth for Amazon, producing stack-ranked sales priorities and influencing requirements, roadmap decisions, and trade-offs.
  4. Partner with Product, Sponsorships, & Ads Marketing on Video Sales and Marketing narratives, customizing the macro strategy to each sales vertical within the IX Amazon Ads team.
  5. Contribute to the IX Trading Agreement process for Amazon and drive sales enablement of both current and new products & capabilities.
  6. Hire, develop, and lead a team of Video strategy and GTM leads.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience.
  2. Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams or equivalent.
  3. Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent.
  4. 10+ years in sales strategy, business development, product management, digital media strategy/GTM at a media & entertainment company.
