About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Sellphone Lab. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance with computer-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and security of our computer systems and networks.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, and provide documentation to other technical support analysts.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Network Support: Provide support for our business systems, network, and Internet services.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, including installing operating systems and software.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have experience in a help desk or technical support role and be familiar with computer systems and networks.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
