Job Title: Help Desk Technician

At Sellphone Lab, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our computer systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Perform regular backups and recoveries of data
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

English

Work Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week
