Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Sellphone Lab.

Job Summary

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to employees experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and other technology-related issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to technical problems, using user guides, technical manuals, and other resources as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of technology and software applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster. As a Help Desk Technician, you will play a key role in this effort, providing technical support and assistance to these individuals.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
