Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Sellphone Lab.

Job Summary

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to employees experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and other IT-related issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, and provide feedback to the technical support team.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to ensure seamless support to employees.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
