Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Sellphone Lab. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and implementing solutions to identified difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot computer systems and networks to identify and resolve issues
  • Implement solutions to identified difficulties, including setting up equipment and performing Web-server backup and recovery operations
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
