Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Victoria's Secret & Co. As a Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving top-line sales, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct sales associates on the sales floor to drive top-line sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop sales associates to improve their sales and customer service skills.
  • Conduct associate observations and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Manage visual standards, payroll, and merchandise availability to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Act as a front-line supervisor responsible for assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates.
  • Lead and demonstrate company values within the store.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personally selling.
Requirements
  • 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
  • Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
What We Offer

Victoria's Secret & Co offers a competitive salary range of $18.50 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
