About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Better Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of participants and make a real difference in their lives. Your Impact
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored therapy plans to help participants achieve their goals. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care, and enjoy the autonomy to schedule your day as you see fit. Whether working from one of our many locations across Australia or visiting participants in their homes, you will have the freedom to make a meaningful impact every day.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive relocation support package that includes up to $10,000 upfront lump sum payment, flights, and assistance with banking, renting, insurance, and other essentials. You will also receive a generous benefits package, including flexible hours, paid study leave, parental leave, extended break (sabbatical) leave, compassionate leave, and travel reimbursement above the industry standard. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Occupational Therapy, 18+ months of clinical experience, and alignment with our core values. A valid full driver's license and relevant employment checks are also required.
