We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kingston or Toronto.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to transition into a human resources role, with a strong focus on developing and implementing HR programs and services.
  • You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and administer HR initiatives, conduct research and analysis, and prepare documentation.
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with teams, stakeholders, and partners.

About You:

  • You have recently completed or are currently pursuing a post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • You possess applicable experience through coursework, projects, co-op's/internships, extra-curricular involvement, and personal interests.
  • You bring innovative ideas and a proactive approach to your work, with a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required for this role.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on education and experience.
