Marine Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Marine Program as a Customer Service Broker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their watercraft insurance needs are met with expert advice and customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process endorsements and cancellations, and provide quotes for changes to existing policies.
- Communicate with clients regarding coverage options and explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist with cross-selling efforts and generate leads for other lifestyle products.
- Collaborate with the Marine Program Assistant Manager to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Registered Insurance Broker (Ontario) with a Service focus.
- Willingness to obtain national licensing (excluding Quebec).
- CAIB, CPIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM, or other industry designations an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power Broker or Epic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
