We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Marine Program as a Customer Service Broker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their watercraft insurance needs are met with expertise and care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and customized watercraft insurance solutions to clients, identifying and addressing their needs with precision and professionalism.
- Process endorsements and cancellations, ensuring seamless transactions and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding coverage, changes, and claims, providing clear and concise information to ensure understanding.
- Assist in managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, responding quickly and accurately to client inquiries.
- Counsel clients on claims, report claims to the insurance company as required, and follow up with clients to ensure resolution.
- Assist with cross-selling efforts of all lifestyle products, generating leads for home and auto insurance, and other relevant services.
- Completion of secondary school.
- Registered Insurance Broker (Ontario) with a Service focus.
- Willingness to obtain national licensing (excluding Quebec).
- CAIB, CPIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM, or other industry designations an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Power Broker or Epic is an asset.
- Proven experience offering client-focused solutions and building long-lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of the watercraft lifestyle product set is an asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
