Marine Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Marine Insurance Specialist to join our team at Orbit Insurance Services. As a Marine Insurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide expert advice on marine insurance products and services.
- Policy Administration: Process endorsements, cancellations, and other policy-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date on industry developments and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance our service offerings.
- Education: Completion of secondary school.
- Registration: Registered Insurance Broker (Ontario) with a Service focus.
- Licensing: Willing to get licensed Nationally (excluding Quebec).
- Designations: CAIB, CPIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM or other industry designations an asset.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Power Broker or Epic is an asset.
