JAGWILL SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software.
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
  • Offer advice and training to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and the Internet to users experiencing difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail.
  • Accurate and organized.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30-35 hours per week.
