Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at JAGWILL SOLUTIONS INC. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of user interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall system performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
