Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Help Desk Analyst to join our team at JAGWILL SOLUTIONS INC. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English language.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
