Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at JAGWILL SOLUTIONS INC.

Job Summary

The Help Desk Analyst will provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, applications, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Research and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, applications, and network connectivity.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and maintain a log of technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, applications, and network connectivity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
