Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at MAVI TRANSPORT LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and cargo handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve driver productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
