About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at DGUR Express Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Truck Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor Fleet Performance: Track the performance of our fleet, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage Driver Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all drivers are following safety protocols and company policies, and that all vehicles are properly maintained and equipped.
  • Coordinate Logistics and Scheduling: Work with our logistics team to coordinate schedules, routes, and delivery times, ensuring that our customers receive their shipments on time.
  • Communicate with Drivers and Customers: Serve as a liaison between drivers and customers, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the trucking industry.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
