About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at MAVI TRANSPORT LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Recommend Measures to improve work methods and productivity, and implement changes as needed.
  • Resolve Work Problems and provide technical advice to drivers and other team members.
  • Train and Develop drivers and other staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and Schedule activities, including route planning and logistics.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of 3-4 people, including truck drivers. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
