We are a leading transportation company seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit accurate production and operational reports to management.
  • Driver Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Logistics Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all drivers adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions to management, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
