Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Forofor Foods Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other relevant skills to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage the inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality and Customer SatisfactionEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and that our customers receive excellent service and a high-quality dining experience.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records and reports of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
About You- Leadership and Management Experience
You will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsYou will have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
Flexibility and AdaptabilityYou will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
Client Focus and Customer Service SkillsYou will have a strong client focus and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high-quality dining experience to our customers.
Work Term and LanguageThis is a permanent role, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
