We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as our Chief Executive Officer, driving the strategic direction and growth of Foundations For Life. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a strong background in health and education management.
About Us:
Fundations For Life is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and communities through education and healthcare initiatives. Our mission is to empower people by providing access to quality educational resources and healthcare services.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $40-$80 per hour or a fixed monthly salary, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental care, extended health care, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement organizational strategies aligned with our mission and vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Resource Allocation:
- Manage financial and human resources to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and government agencies.
- Represent the organization at external events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Public Health, or Education.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in health and education management.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Work Environment:
- Location: Work may be fully on-site or hybrid, depending on organizational needs.
- Schedule: Full-time with flexibility in hours, including potential evening and weekend duties.
