Job Summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to drive business transformation and lead organizational change initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that drive business results and ensure a smooth transition for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management plans that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and change initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with change
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure a smooth transition for employees
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in change management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business transformation and change initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
