Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our North American operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

About the Role
  • This strategic role will oversee all people-related initiatives in the region, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, reporting/analytics, and compliance.
  • The successful candidate will act as the primary day-to-day contact for North American staff, advising senior leadership on people matters and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with US employment laws, regulations, and best practices is essential, along with experience managing change programs, organizational design, and group company pay reviews.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead people-related initiatives in North America, ensuring exceptional employee experience and compliance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for North American staff on all People matters.
  • Advise senior leadership on people-related issues and evolve organizational needs.
  • Maintain expertise on US benefits, insurance brokerage, administration, and application across diverse employee requirements.
  • Develop, report, and provide actionable insights on key People metrics to drive business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Current, evidenced, and relevant Human Resources experience in North America across a matrixed organization (200+ headcount).
  • SHRM designation or equivalent evidenced experience, demonstrating continuous professional development.
  • Business partner/advisor experience to senior leadership and/or management in an organization.
  • Expert knowledge of advising stakeholders on federal/state-specific statutory reporting requirements, e.g., W2s, 1099s.
  • Evidenced knowledge of employment laws, EEOC requirements, FLSA/wage-hour laws, etc.
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on experience resolving challenges and driving results.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
