About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Sfinaki Greek Taverna. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Chef Supervision: Train and supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
