Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator at Dexterra Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating marketing projects, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, promotions, events, and activations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support our food services across academic institutions, catering services, and retail locations. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Event & Activation Management: Plan, organize, and execute events and activations that engage our target audience and enhance brand visibility.
  • Promotion Development: Assist in the creation and coordination of promotional activities to drive engagement and sales across our food service offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including graphic designers, social media specialists, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of all marketing activities.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, contributing to the development of innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools like Canva.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics.
  • Experience in the food services industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
