Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Change Implementation Manager to join our team at Randstad Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing organizational change initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, with a strong background in people and process change, as well as IT implementation experience. You will also have experience developing and implementing change management deliverables, as well as strong facilitation skills and analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement organizational change initiatives that drive business growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement change management deliverables, including communications plans and training materials
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential barriers to change
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management
  • Strong background in people and process change, as well as IT implementation experience
  • Experience developing and implementing change management deliverables
  • Strong facilitation skills and analytical and problem-solving abilities
