The Role

To support our continued growth, Mariner Innovations is recruiting a Senior Change Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Change Management roles. Selected candidates will become key members of our highly successful Change Management Practice.

As a Senior Change Consultant, you will work extensively on high-profile projects and programs involving digital transformation, service/operational process development, culture transformation, and/or large-scale deployment of technology. You will be a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and provide thought leadership in your areas of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build knowledge, capability, and expertise of change management principles, methodologies, and tools within organizations.
  • Enable leaders and teams to understand how change impacts people, barriers to effective change, and how to support people as they transition through change.
  • Collaborate effectively with individuals and teams to integrate change capabilities at all levels of the organization.
  • Perform change-related assessments and influence organizational design using the outcomes.
  • Develop and implement Change Management Strategies and Plans, creating quality Communication Plans and deliverables in support of operational or project initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of change management activities within project plans to smooth adoption and result in successful implementation.
  • Engage clients' leaders and teams actively, consulting and communicating with them throughout the change process.
  • Coach project team members and client leaders/team members proactively.
  • Report change progress and plans to leadership, escalating risks and action plans effectively.
  • Collaborate with peers and practice leadership to grow and share knowledge.
