We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and strategic Director of Finance who shares our mission to foster effective solutions for mental health in K12 education.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and other executives, ensuring that the company's financial health aligns with its growth objectives.
  • Conduct financial modeling and risk management analysis to support business decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, planning, and analysis.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
