Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell/KFC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
- 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
