We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell/KFC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Hire food service staff.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of staff.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Attention to detail.
- Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
