Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure seamless operations during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
