Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Manage Staff: Hire, train, and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are motivated and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
